The first part of the route, characterized by an evocative panorama of ancient olive trees, will lead you, going through the districts of Monopoli bounded by dry Muretti and Trulli, to Alberobello, “capital of the trulli and UNESCO world heritage”, and then head towards Locorotondo, defined as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and is characterized by a breathtaking view to continue towards Martina Franca and Cisternino. At this point you will be in the heart of the Valle d’Itria. Along the country roads, along the farms and the Apulian villages you will head towards the Selva di Fasano and then return to the structure.

Following the “Panoramica” of Monopolici we will head towards Castellana Grotte. Immediately after you will continue to Conversano, an ancient agricultural center, built on a high ground of the south-eastern Murge, famous above all for the production of excellent cherries. You will visit its historic center where you can admire the castle of Norman origin, the cathedral and the convent of San Benedetto. In the beautiful Piazza you can take the opportunity to fill the water bottles. You will get back into the saddle to reach Polignano a Mare, point of attraction for the fans of the “Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series”, it is a village overlooking the cliffs. Continuing along the coast, you will arrive in Monopoli and then return to Masseria Santa Teresa.
